During the exhibition, MEP Deck Solutions and Sin Seng Huat Machinery Manufacture (Jiangsu) introduced and exhibited our products, services and management programs for the Marine and Offshore markets:

Supply of DSR Wire Ropes from Korea complete with rope slings and rope terminations assembled at our Rigging Facility in Jiangsu, China

b. Cranes & Winches

Design and Manufacture of marine and offshore deck machinery and providing a complete range of manufacturing services, fabrication of steel structures, component manufacturing, blasting, painting and advanced coating in China

2. Mordec Wire Rope Management Program

a. Assessment of Wire Rope

Supports Inspection of Wire Ropes with our MORDEC Crane Rope Inspection Checklist

Ascertains the integrity of the wire rope taking into account the discard criteria in accordance to ISO 4309:2010 standards

b. Maintenance of Wire Rope

The regular use of our VELOCITY™ Wire Rope Lubricating System helps clean and maintain the crane ropes

3. Mordec Deck Fittings

a. Mordec ACP Deck Fittings

Design and Supply of Panama Chocks, Double Bitt Bollards and Pedestal Fairlead Rollers designed in compliance with the New Panama Canal Authority Mooring Requirements

b. Mordec ETA Systems

Design and Supply of ABS and LR Type Approved Towing Chock, Chain Stopper and Smit Bracket for the Emergency Towing System as per IMO and OCIMF requirements

c. Mordec SPM Systems

Design and Supply of ABS and LR Type Approved Towing Chock, Chain Stopper and Smit Bracket for the Single Point Mooring System as per OCIMF requirements
